Projects and fees
Fixed branding packages are purchased through checkout under the package terms. Custom projects and ongoing marketing begin after a written proposal or agreement, which specifies the contracting parties, scope, fees, payment terms, schedule, feedback stages, ownership and any cancellation or support terms. It governs custom work if general website copy differs. See /package-terms for direct purchases.
Work and examples
ONDA and PACE are fictional, self-initiated concept studies. Their imagery is AI-generated. They are not client endorsements or evidence of commercial results. We do not guarantee revenue, acquisition cost, conversion rates or returns on advertising spend.
Content and licences
Website content and brand assets are provided to present the studio. Third-party materials retain their applicable licences. The studio’s logos identify FORM & SIGNAL. Their display does not grant permission to imply an endorsement or claim ownership of the studio’s identity.
Your submissions
Submit information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in an initial enquiry. We may need a separate confidentiality agreement before reviewing sensitive project information.
