Who handles your enquiry
FORM & SIGNAL is the studio presented on this website. The studio operator reviews project enquiries. You can reach the operator about your information through the privacy request option on the contact page.
What you choose to share
The form collects your name, email, company, business type, selected services, project brief and consent to be contacted about the project. You can also provide a company website, indicative budget, timing and engagement preference. A separate optional checkbox lets you consent to marketing email; it is unchecked by default and is not required to submit an enquiry or buy a package. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry or brand brief.
Orders and payment
For package purchases, you enter a receipt email before Stripe collects your payment and billing details through its secure fields. The studio does not receive full card numbers or security codes. We store the package and scope, payment reference and status, amount, contact details, terms acceptance and production brief to fulfil the order, handle support and maintain transaction records. An essential order-access cookie lets you revisit the brief in the checkout browser for 30 days. Checkout abuse controls briefly retain a hashed network identifier and attempt count; the identifier is not an advertising profile.
Booking a call
Calendly loads only after you choose to open the calendar. If you have submitted an enquiry, your name and email can prefill the booking form. Calendly handles scheduling information under its own privacy notice. The studio uses booking details to arrange the project call. You can submit an enquiry without opening Calendly.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, assess project fit, respond and keep a record of the conversation. The form also creates a submission reference and timestamp. Limited campaign source labels in the page URL may be saved with an enquiry to help us understand where it came from. New enquiries submitted with optional advertising permission also set an essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie for 30 days. It lets this browser verify a later withdrawal of enquiry tracking; it does not grant access to enquiry contents.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and displayed in a private studio inbox restricted to the configured owner’s signed-in account. Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure for this deployment. When owner alerts are enabled, enquiry details are also sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the studio owner’s email inbox and processed by that inbox’s email provider. Hosting providers may process technical request information for service operation and security. If you separately opt in to marketing email, we also send your email, name, consent source and limited enquiry or order event details to Klaviyo. We do not send project briefs or payment card details to Klaviyo.
Optional email marketing
If you check the optional marketing box, Klaviyo may send useful branding and marketing ideas, occasional offers, checkout reminders and follow-up related to an enquiry or order. If you previously opted in, we may also send limited later purchase, delivery and refund events to your existing Klaviyo profile, even when a new checkout’s marketing box is empty, to stop irrelevant reminders and keep follow-up accurate. These updates do not subscribe you again or override an unsubscribe. Refund events are one-time exclusion signals, not refund accounting records. Any signup offer and its conditions are shown with that offer. Every marketing email uses Klaviyo’s unsubscribe controls; Klaviyo’s suppression record is the source of truth for whether marketing email may be sent. Retrying the same website request is not treated as fresh consent.
Retention and access
Enquiries and consent records remain in the studio’s records while needed to handle the request, document permission and support any resulting business relationship. The site does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Klaviyo retains profile, event and suppression information under its service settings and legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in any marketing email. You can request access, correction or deletion through the privacy request option; the operator may need to verify the request and consider applicable transaction, consent and suppression record-keeping obligations.
Tracking and marketing
Advertising measurement is optional. After you allow it in Privacy choices, Whop receives public page views, package views, checkout starts, successful enquiries and verified purchases. Consented conversions may also be reported from our server with the same event reference to prevent duplicate counting. We retain campaign identifiers, a Whop visitor identifier, IP address and browser information for this purpose; purchases include their value and currency. These events do not include enquiry fields or payment card details. Automatic form-field capture is disabled. The pixel is excluded from the private studio and Global Privacy Control is respected. You can decline or withdraw future measurement through Privacy choices without affecting browsing, enquiry submission or payment.
Meta Pixel
After you allow optional tracking, Meta measures page and package views, checkout starts, completed payment details, saved project enquiries, confirmed Calendly bookings and submitted email signup forms. Verified purchases are reported from our server with the paid amount and currency. Meta receives public source URLs, campaign labels, technical browser and network information and its _fbp/_fbc identifiers when available. Enquiry text, names, email addresses, card details and private order URLs are not included. Lead browser/server events share an event ID to prevent duplicate counting; Purchase is server-only. The Meta browser script stays off the private studio and order confirmation and brief pages. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration are disabled. Global Privacy Control and your separate Meta permission are respected. Withdrawing optional tracking stops future browser reporting and removes advertising permission from orders and enquiries verified by this browser’s cookies. Queued or failed enquiry events and retries of stalled deliveries are stopped; events already sent cannot be recalled. This does not subscribe you to email marketing.
Klaviyo onsite tools
After you allow optional tracking in Privacy choices, Klaviyo loads on public pages to support signup forms and measure site activity. Its __kla_id cookie can associate visits with a known Klaviyo profile, for example after a Klaviyo signup or a link from a Klaviyo message. Existing permission for Whop alone does not enable Klaviyo. Klaviyo is excluded from the private studio and order confirmation and brief pages. Allowing tracking does not itself subscribe you to marketing; subscription still requires the separate optional marketing checkbox. Global Privacy Control and withdrawal through Privacy choices stop future loading.
Changes and questions
This notice will be updated if the site’s handling of information changes. For a privacy question, choose ‘Privacy request’ in the contact form, use ‘Personal request’ for Company if appropriate, and include your enquiry reference if available.
