The current website
Whop advertising measurement loads only after you allow it in Privacy choices. It records page and package views, checkout starts, successful enquiries and verified purchases. Browser and server conversions share event references to prevent double counting. Whop may use its visitor cookie and technical visit information to connect these actions to our advertising. The pixel does not load in the private studio.
Meta Pixel
After you allow optional tracking, Meta measures page and package views, checkout starts, completed payment details, saved project enquiries, confirmed Calendly bookings and submitted email signup forms. Verified purchases are reported from our server with the paid amount and currency. Meta receives public source URLs, campaign labels, technical browser and network information and its _fbp/_fbc identifiers when available. Enquiry text, names, email addresses, card details and private order URLs are not included. Lead browser/server events share an event ID to prevent duplicate counting; Purchase is server-only. The Meta browser script stays off the private studio and order confirmation and brief pages. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration are disabled. Global Privacy Control and your separate Meta permission are respected. Withdrawing optional tracking stops future browser reporting and removes advertising permission from orders and enquiries verified by this browser’s cookies. Queued or failed enquiry events and retries of stalled deliveries are stopped; events already sent cannot be recalled. This does not subscribe you to email marketing.
Klaviyo onsite tools
With your optional tracking permission, Klaviyo supports signup forms and site activity measurement. It may use the __kla_id cookie to recognize a visitor, including someone who follows a Klaviyo message or completes a Klaviyo signup form. It does not load in the private studio or on order confirmation and brief pages. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you or send your enquiry fields to Klaviyo.
Essential infrastructure
The hosting and sign-in services may use essential storage or cookies for security, access and session management. Private studio access uses authenticated sign-in. Checkout sets a secure, HTTP-only order-access cookie for 30 days so buyers can return to their paid order and brief in the same browser. New enquiries submitted with optional advertising permission also set an essential, secure, HTTP-only enquiry cookie for 30 days. It verifies tracking withdrawal from that browser and grants no access to enquiry contents.
Payment and scheduling
Stripe’s payment fields load after you choose to continue to secure payment. Stripe may use essential and fraud-prevention cookies or similar technologies; its own notices apply. Calendly loads only when you choose to open the calendar, and may use its own cookies and booking technologies.
Enquiry context
When you submit an enquiry, the form may include campaign source labels present in the page URL, alongside your selected service, business type and engagement. This information helps us understand the enquiry. When you separately allow advertising measurement, a successful enquiry also records a Lead event. Enquiry text, name and email are not included in that event, and automatic form-field capture is disabled.
Your choices
Use the Privacy choices button to allow or decline optional tracking. First-party fs_ads_consent, fs_klaviyo_consent, fs_meta_consent and fs_meta_events_consent cookies remember your choices for one year. Each new provider requires a fresh choice. The additional Meta conversion events also require a fresh choice; older page-visit permission alone does not authorize them. Existing Whop or Klaviyo permission alone does not activate Meta Pixel. Global Privacy Control prevents optional scripts from loading. Declining keeps browsing, enquiries, booking and payments available. Withdrawing consent stops future browser reporting and removes advertising permission from orders and enquiries verified by this browser’s cookies. Queued or failed enquiry events and retries of stalled deliveries are stopped; events already sent cannot be recalled. Browser storage controls remain available, although blocking essential order storage can affect access to your brief.
